Privacy Policy

1. What we collect
Account information (name, email, password hash), your business profile (legal business name, contact person, mailing address), and the job data you enter: property addresses, party names and addresses, billing and unpaid amounts. We also keep the notices generated from that data and the delivery evidence returned by mail carriers (tracking numbers, timestamps, receipt confirmations).
2. How we use it
To compute deadlines, prepare and mail notices you approve, maintain your Evidence Vault, send you service emails (deadline alerts, monthly unpaid-month prompts, billing), and operate and secure the service. We do not sell your data or use it for third-party advertising.
3. Who we share it with
Service providers only, and only as needed to run NoticeClock: our print-and-mail provider receives the notice document and recipient addresses when you send a notice; our payment processor handles billing; our hosting and email providers process data on our behalf. Each is bound by its own data-protection terms.
4. Retention
Notice records and delivery evidence are retained for as long as your account exists, because they are legal proof you may need years later. If you close your account, we will provide an export of your Evidence Vault on request and then delete your data within 90 days, except records we must keep by law.
5. Security
Passwords are stored as salted scrypt hashes, sessions use httpOnly cookies, and all traffic is encrypted in transit. No system is perfectly secure; notify us immediately at the address below if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
6. Your choices
You can update your business profile and job data at any time, export your evidence, or request account deletion. Service emails that affect legal deadlines (deadline alerts) are part of the product; marketing email is opt-out.
